Man who falls and injuries young son spends three years clearing his name!! Amazing.....another example of Collin County have too much time and money to prosecute (persecute) people of made-up crimes!!!

Judge Lewis hands out a ten year sentence for DWI manslaughter case....Defendant had BAS of .23.......underscores the level of seriousness in how these types of cases are defended.

Amazing that we still have armed alcohol police officers in Texas. They tried to say this was a planned 'inspection'. Then why show up with a paddywagon and a handful of zip-tie handcuffs??? This is the same thing they did in Dallas/Irving area a few years ago when they went around arresting people in hotel bars for public intoxication.

New DWI Laws!

The police now have more ways to draw your blood in connection with a DWI stop!! It is still always the est policy to refuse the breath and/or blood request. There are still many issues/problems with these 'mandatory' blood draws. At some point the advice may change to take the breath test, but for now its always better to refuse! Of course, the safest way to not be in this position is to not drink and drive when intoxicated!!!!

Strip-Search of Girl Ruled Illegal

'Informant' said the girl had two Advil tablets in her underwear. Taken to office and stripped search. Court riled 8-1 that this was a violation of her right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. Justice Thomas dissented stating it was up to schools to know how best to enforce their rules. Amazing.......
